Written Lien Search -

A lien search in written format giving you a copy of the title holder's warranty deed and a showing of all liens against the property, including tax information and parcel ID numbers.
Abstract Updates -
Price is dependent upon number of entries
We will contact your customer to get their abstract, update it for you, and deliver it to where it needs to go.
Loan Closing -
$225 Refinance / $275 Purchase
We offer full service loan closings.
